Refund Policy


Since Sobflous.tn offers irrevocable and intangible products, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is delivered. As a customer, you are informed of this after purchasing any item on our site.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur regarding the nature of the product we provide.

Therefore, we make exceptions for the following reasons:
  • non-delivery of the product: some shipping issues at your email provider or your own mail server may prevent emails from reaching you. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our billing department in writing within 14 days from the date of order placement. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded.
  • virtual ticket display and decryption: you may encounter issues with ticket display or decryption immediately after payment. Claims related to these issues must be submitted to our technical support service. If you do not contact us within 14 days, you acknowledge that we may interpret silence as successful product download with no further recourse or refund due to a "display issue." If you do not request assistance for ticket retrieval or recharge within 3 days, you may be denied a refund.
  • the product does not match the description: these defects must be reported to our technical support service within 14 days from the date of purchase. Clear evidence that the product does not match the description on the website must be provided. Complaints based solely on false expectations or customer wishes will not be honored.
  • payment issue: we would like to inform you that Sobflous.tn does not intervene in the payment process; you provide your bank card information or prepaid card from the post office on the payment operator's form, and all messages you receive during payment come from your bank system. If payment is declined, we will send you a document proving that the transaction in question was not accepted for you to show to your bank in case of any problem. This issue must be reported to our technical support service within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that we do not accept responsibility and therefore do not fulfill refund/return/exchange requests for expired or unaccepted purchase coupons or vouchers on merchant sites.
