Product does not correspond to the description: These flaws should be reported to our technical help desk within 14 days after the date of purchase. Clear evidences of the product's non-conformance should be provided. Claims which are based on wrong expectations or on the client's wishes will not be taken into consideration.
Payment issue : it is important for us to inform you that sobflous.tn does not intervene in the payment process, you provide your bank card's or postal prepaid card's information on the payment's operator form and all the messages you will receive during the payment will come from your bank system. If the payment was refused, we will send you the document proving that the transaction was not achieved so you can show it to your bank in case there is a problem. This issue should be reported to our technical help desk within 14 days after the date of purchase .
