The validation of your sobflous account allows you to access all the offered services on our platform with high purchase quotas .
To verify your account, you must send us an identity paper(national identity card or passport) from the Verification page. After processing your request, we will send you an email to inform you about the validation of your account.Be careful :
The size of the attached document sent by email should not exceed 5MB
You must respect the weekly quota that sobflous.tn has granted you. If by any means there is any attempt to exceed the attributed quota, your account as well as all your bank cards or e-dinars will be definitively blocked on sobflous.tn.

You can verify the state of a transaction in the history of your sobflous account. You will find there the list of all your transactions as well as their states. To see the history of your account, proceed as follows:
1-Log into your account .
2-Click on History (in every sections)at the top of the page.
3- Enter a date and a key word from Research .
You can verify the state of the transaction from column "State":Pending, Success, Failure.
You can consult your expenses for each type of operation: account recharge, phone recharge and balance transfer.
1- Click on "My consumption" under the section "My account".
2- Insert the date interval for when you would like to consult the amount you have spent.
3- Click on "Consult".

Once Monétique Tunisie approves the transaction, a confirmation page will display the order's reference as well as the authorization number (all this information will be sent to you by email) .
You will finaly be redirected to sobflous.tn and your balance will be credited with the requested amount .
Thanks to bank payment / transfer, you can fund your sobflous balance and perform several purchase operations without going through a payment by bank card or E-Dinar card. You can perform the payment from any bank agency indicated on the payment/bank transfer page of sobflous.tn.
Steps to follow:
Go to one of the bank agencies LA POSTE or BIAT or ATB or BNA.
2- Deposit the amount you would like to use on Sobflous.tn on the bank account of the HAMTEL Company.(See Hamtel account's number)
3- After the deposit, you will find the payment’s number on the receipts .
4- Go to the payment's page on sobflous.tn and fill in the request form .
5- The number and date of payment should be correctly seized while requesting the account's recharge.
6 - After the validation, your sobflous account will be credited after a short time with the requested amount .
Go to the section "Phone recharge" and insert your phone number and the amount (in TD) you would like to transfer then validate the recharge .
⇨ For example if you would like to transfer ten dinars, all you need is to insert only 10.
The maximal authorized amount is 50 dinars. To recharge your line with an amount superior to 50 TD you should perform the operation more than once .
⇨ For example if you would like to recharge 70 dinars, you should first transfer 50dinars then seize again your phone number and recharge 20 dinars.
• Go to the section "Phone recharge" and click on "Recharge card" .
• Choose the operator and the value of the card you would like to receive.
• The recharge code will be displayed after the operation's validation .
• Method of recharge : "Ooredoo *101* recharge code# | TTelecom *123* recharge code# | Orange *100* recharge code
You can pay your recharge by your sobflous balance, bank card or postal prepaid card .
Regarding the type of recharges: Ooredoo light and Orange Express, the value of the tax stamp will withdrowed from the recharged amount.
⇨ An SMS will be sent to you, indicating the exact amount you have received .
The recharge card increasing price represents tax stamps which are imposed by Tunisian law.
The recharge card's price is superior to the 10% card's value (ex: card of value 5.000 TD price: 5.500 TD).
You will receive the exact amount of the card's value. (ex: for a card of value 5.000 dt you pay 5.500 TD and your line will be recharged with the exact amount of 5.00 TD)
Like the mobile recharge it is the same procedure, all you have to do is insert the key number and the amount to be transferred. The amount you have to insert should be 10% superior to the one you would like to receive on your 3G or 4G key .
All you have to do is to buy a card with the wished recharging value .
Example: to recharge your 3G or 4G key with 30 DT, you have to buy 3 cards of 10TD.
If the system rejected your request for recharging your phone line, you can consult the error message sent by the operator in the history section. There can be multiple reasons :
⇨ For example if you would like to recharge 15 dinars, you should first transfer 10 dinars then seize again your phone number and recharge 5 dinars.
⇨ In certain cases you will need to recharge your landline with more than 5 dinars to reactivate it .
